We're sorry, XIFINITY WiFi is not enabled for your tier of service (Error Code: 0106)

Used to be able to log in all over town. 

Now, no worky.

I pay much more than before due to service changes yet, this fails to work?

It’s all of them, I can’t log into any public wifi

I did upgrade all of my customer accounts and mine saw a speed tier increase as well.

Hi there SamuelM, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having accessing the WiFi hotspots. We value being your service provider and want to make sure that you have access to the services we offer to you as a Business customer. It sounds like it's not limited to one hotspot, right? And this is happening right after a login attempt (ie: you are not suddenly getting this error message after you are logged in and connected)? You also mentioned a service change, was anything removed or downgraded recently?

"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."

 

I had to correct some errors but also may just be one that was sent with a mis-typed tab and enter which would equal two messages.

Hmm, did the change closely precede the trouble logging in? If so, perhaps it's a mismatch somewhere in the system. Can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number so I can verify the account and take a look at a few things?
