Unauthorized guest networks broadcasting

Modem is broadcasting guest wifi SSIDs and there is no way to turn them off. Technicolor modem does support enable/disable/configuring of guest networks, but comcast firmware does not. No one at comcast will admit it is happening and resort to gaslighting and victim blaming. Support representive told me wifi was a courtesy.
