Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unreliable Internet Service

To Whom It May Concern,

We at JUN BEAUTYSUPPLY are absolutely fed up with the constant internet outages from Comcast — with no warnings, no explanations, and no accountability.

As a small retail business, every time the internet goes down, we lose credit card customers and suffer significant drops in sales. Our customers become angry and frustrated, even leaving to shop elsewhere due to the inconvenience.

This is not the first time. We've previously experienced repeated outages, costing us $300–$400 per day in losses.

How long are we expected to just tolerate these losses in silence?! 

We demand compensation for the damages we've already suffered.

Last time, after we repeatedly complained via text and to your sales representatives, your team advised us to upgrade our service — which we did. And yet, nothing has improved.

We’ve paid every monthly bill on time, upgraded our service, and still, we continue to experience this unacceptable disruption and financial loss.

This must stop. Fix this issue immediately and compensate us for the repeated harm your unreliable service has caused.
