Need to disable public hotspot

Question

As others have stated, I see no way to disable the public xfinity hotspot from either logging into the modem or following the knowledge base article. I would like the public hotspot feature of our business gateway disabled permanently.

Why are we not able to disable the public hotspot ourselves??
