FIBER INSTALLATION
This isn't a question, more of a comment since I cannot find any other means to contact Comcast Business in regards to my agreement for fiberoptic internet:
I need to express my continued frustration with the fiber optic internet installation process. From the start, this has been far more complicated and disruptive than expected.
Each time I am contacted by someone from your team, I’m told to have an IT resource available. As a small business, we do not have an in-house IT department, nor do we have access to an IT specialist. There is no “geek squad” here at The Flower Loft — just a small team focused on running our business. If this installation is going to cause any disruptions to our operations, it must be scheduled outside of our business hours. We simply cannot afford any additional interruptions to our workday due to a process that was not clearly explained from the outset.
Had I known how involved and frustrating this would become, I would have seriously reconsidered entering into this agreement and likely explored alternative providers.
I hope this matter can be resolved with more consideration for the constraints and realities of a small business.

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
