Disable XFINITY and xfinitywifi

I called and had Comcast disable the XFINITY and xfinitywifi. That worked for about 12 hours. Overnight they are back on. How do I get these disabled permantly.

I can certainly help with your hotspot. To permanently disable this feature, this would need to be done through the portal.
