Contact me to cancel my account

Can't do it without calling.

Despite stating agents are available 24/7, it tells me to call back during business hours.  This is after I spent 10 minutes in the phone tree, navigating to the right spot, entering my account number.  Just to be told to call back.

You wonder why people hate Comcast?  This is one of the reasons.

If you are intending on disconnecting your services, please contact our Comcast Business Team at (800) 741-4141. Since there are normally agreements involved, they can advise you of the exiting process and make sure everything is explained.

Hello!

I called, went through the phone tree AGAIN.  Talked to an agent.  They told me I had to talk to Retention to cancel, and they aren't open today.

The business is closing.  There is no need for loyalty or retention.

I am not calling back.  You can bill a dead credit card for eternity if you want to, or you can cancel me and get the equipment back.

Please contact them when they are open again. Otherwise, your account would remain open. Unfortunetely, we cannot disconnect these accounts.

Nope.  They wouldn't cancel me on the phone today.  It's the last time I'm contacting you.  The business is dissolved. Our lease is over at the end of the month. There will be nobody to pay a bill or return equipment after Friday.
