Comcast =
I signed a 24 month contract on 1/5/23 with Comcast representative Jervon [Edited: "Personal Information"]. The monthly cost was $119.99. Jervon was aware of the upcoming move to a new office nearby, and said that since it was in the same zip code there would be no charge and no change to the contract. In fact, I did NOT sign a new contract. I have the same contract from when I signed up - that is the ONLY contract I have signed. I don't have new services and I am not obligated to pay more than the $119 in the signed contract. However, Comcast has been trying to bill me $500+ a month!! I have tried to get this resolved 20+ times over the past year. No one will call me back. This is ridiculous. I am not paying more for the same internet service than I agreed to. There is no reason to believe the contract is not still legal - I didn't sign a new contract, or agree to a new contract. I need this addressed ASAP. I will talk with an attorney if I don't hear back from someone who will help rectify of this mess.
