Comcast not paying us for services
We moved our services Sept 2023 and did not realize Comcast continued to charge us for the service, added services ie telephone etc. Our bank account was debited the payments for the entire Sept 23 thru May 25. Our bookkeeper thought it was for services at our home as we had it turned on at our new home at the same time. Our business rep (from Comcast) said he saw where it was moved and Comcast should backdate our request and refund our money. We have this communication saved in a telephone voice mail. Please let us know who we can speak with because when we call Comcast we have been in touch with your retention department and they have been very arrogant.
