Hello - 

I need a copy of your Certificate of Insurance for our vendor file.

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out and letting us know about the Certificate of Insurance that is needed. You've come to just the right place, and I am more than happy to assist. To send a "Direct Message" / "Private chat message" message to "Comcast Business": 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
 • or https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
 • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
 • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it"

I am also trying to obtain a COI. This has proven to be difficult.

I am not going to provide my information on a public forum.

I have used the direct messaging system to ask for the financials and COI. The reply so far was the public website with the annual report and financials; however, that page doesn't provide the COI. I am waiting to hear back on direct messaging, so perhaps you can ping whoever is checking messages on: https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging?

Also, the direct messaging information provided above I couldn't find the icon on any of the business pages but used the link provided in the comment. ("Direct Message" icon or "New message" (pencil and paper) icon). I am thankful I found this forum with the direct link.
