Business Comcast

I am trying to Cancel my Comcast Business account. I already have Comcast for my house. I subleted my office and didnt have the finances to keep it. Now I am paying for this and im not using it. What can I do that doesnt cost a ton of money to cancel. I was really bothered that you have to sign a minimum of 2 years to even get commercial internet. What happens when your business fails and you have no money to pay or need to downsize? Please help
