VoiceEdge on desktop is spinning in an endless loop.

After signing in to VoiceEdge on desktop it displays the message "Returning you to VoiceEdge" and spins endlessly.

A previous thread said to message "Xfinity Support" but that's no longer a contact to send a message to it appears.
