Comcast Chrome extension is disabled as unsafe, what is the workaround?

Allows any phone number on the web to be clickable and called from any of your VoiceEdge devices. In order to enable this integration you need to download the extension from the Chrome Store.

Hello, @user_a306ad, and sorry for the inconvenience. Xfinity Advanced Security can block websites deemed malicious or dangerous, displaying a message when a site is blocked. If you encounter a blocked website, you can submit a request for reassessment on the Xfinity website. In the meantime have you accessed the Xfinity App unblock Chrome in the security tab? You can also turn off advanced security by going to the security tab. Select Advanced Security. Then turn it off.

Hello, Comcast_ThomasC, this is not Xfinity Advanced Security blocks website, this is Chrome Store tells that your Chrome extension is unsafe and should  not be installed. Please try to go to settings in VoiceEdge app for Windows desktop, then Enable Externsion and see for yourself.

@user_a306ad thank you for the clarification. I looked this issue up since it is not a Xfinity Advanced Security issue, and you should find help here on how to proceed with Chrome web store extensions marked unsafe in Chrome.

It's impossible to enable it in the browser. Google blocks it even if it was installed before. Please help.
