VoiceEdge 1.47.0 Desktop App on Mac Not Ringing/Making Sound

I'm running the VoiceEdge Desktop app on Mac (Big Sur v 11.4) and about a week ago, my app stopped ringing. It won't ring through the computer speakers or headphones. There weren't any changes to the settings or updates to the computer. I only see when a call is coming through if I happen to look over at the app.

I have the Incoming Call Ringing Source enabled and the incoming calls are set to ring on my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that didn't help.

Hello @user_f18b65, and thank you for reaching out with your issue getting the ring sound on the computer using the VoiceEdge desktop app. I would be happy to assist you with looking into getting this fixed. I would be happy to help troubleshoot the problem. Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.

From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.

Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

Hi Eric,

I'm not able to enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" field. It just lists a bunch of random users with "support" in their names, and none of them are Xfinity.

Can you try logging out, clearing cache and cookies, then log back in for me. That should help clear up the issue with the searching option for the to field.
