Voice Edge App not ringing or updating call log

Since 10/7 my Voice Edge app will not update the call log or ring on the app. I have confirmed everything is set up correctly and have had a coworker call me and it will ring but won't update the log until I restart the App. When I do this I am seeing calls that came in but did not ring on my app.

Hi, @user_9428f1. Thanks for letting us know about your app issue. I would love to look into options to resolve it if it is still an issue. Any change since 10/7?

@Comcast_Ethan Still is not updating the call log. It has been this way for 4 days now. I have made sure it was fully updated as well as tried reinstalling.
