User Email Address Change

I have a user that has a new email address and is unable to access the previous email address. The user needs to reset the password to be able to login to the app. How can I update the email address?

Is this a comcast.net email account? You can go to Xfinity Connect/Xfinity.com and use the Look-up Xfinity ID and password reset features.

Hello, 

No - it is a Business Voice Edge account. I have admin rights so I can go to the user's settings and it seems as though I can update everything except the email address.

Customers with Business VoiceEdge have access to Voice features within the Comcast Business App. View your recent calls, listen to voicemails, and record custom greetings from the Comcast Business App. Access to specific features depends on your voice service.

That doesn't answer how to change the email address for the user.  The user doesn't have access to the original email address that was assigned. Therefore, he can't receive an email to reset his password.
