User answers call and it auto-dials to another extension
I have a user who is part of a Hunt Group. When one of the Hunt Groups is ringing, and they answer their phone, it re-dials back to the original Hunt Group number. I currently have no Forward settings on the user's extension and nothing has been changed on the Hunt Groups. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/3EEUFFw
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
- A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
