Unable to set outgoing callerID

I am unable to set outgoing callerID on our phones. We used to be able to do this per user, but that option is not available anymore.  I found the article about call masking, but my console does not have the options for that.

We need the ability to change the outgoing callerID from our phones.  We have several divisions that need to make outbound calls from their hunt group number.

Hello, @user_2c6fd8. I can take a look at the configuration for you; In order to get started, can you please click the chat bubble in the top right corner and send a message to our "Comcast Business" handle? I'll need your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number.

@Comcast_Raul is there a reason you are unable to tell me if that feature even exists anymore in BVE?  It seems like the solution provided is akin to using the chat feature in support, which is unavailable.  I would much rather use the chat feature than send private messages back and forth.

The BVE Outgoing Calling Plan still exist @user_2c6fd8. I can go over setting this up once your account is authenticated. 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Comcast Business"  there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
