Speed Dial Buttons

If you have Line Keys or Line Appearances on your Polycom VVX phones that are not being used, you can set them up as Speed Dial buttons. To do that, with a Polycom VVX 310/410, press and hold the available Line Key button, then follow the menu prompts to provide a name and contact number. That button can then be used as a “one touch” speed dial button. With the VVX500/600 phones, the same can be accomplished by pressing the home button, go to Directories, and establish a Contact and assign that contact as a Favorite.
