Selective Call Rejection not working
I have added a specific number under the selective call rejection rule for all 5 phones and this appears to do nothing. 36 missed calls and 9 blank voicemails, all from the same number that should be blocked. Any help? All phones are polycom 601.

Hi, @user_bf9fe4. Thanks for reaching out about call rejection. Can you give details on what you selected or put in for the rule details? If all looks normal we can look into putting in a ticket.
