Schedule after Hours Greeting
Hello.
I write you because we want to shedule a after hourse greetings, like after 6pm. For wich option may i schedule business hour and after business hour? I knowthe option for upload the greeting but for wich option may i establish the hours?

You can actually follow this link https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/voice/manage-automated-attendants-for-voiceedge-select/ which will walk you through how to set that up. Ah, they updated the portal awhile back. This video shows the new portal matching yours and how to set up AA through there: Business VoiceEdge: Setting Up Your Auto Attendant. It gives a pretty good step-by-step in that video but let us know if you happen to need any further assistance 🙂
