Thank you so much for your time and patience. I definitely understand the importance of being able to utilize the Sequential Ring feature. After further research, I am not seeing the option to remove the phone number specifically. I am only seeing that you can choose the do not use option for a specific phone number until you are ready to change the number to a new number. How does this sound?

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us through our business forums. I very much appreciate your patience and greatly apologize for the delay in our response. I know how important the services are to your business and we want to do all that we can to assist. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble locating the edit option for your sequential ring features. On the sequential ring list, you will see all of the numbers listed. There is an edit option next to each number. The Icon will look like a pencil. This will allow you the option to edit or remove the number. If you continue to have any issues with this feature please reach out through private message with your first and last name, full service address and account number or phone number?

It helps insofar as to establish (I think) that whatever is on the list is not active until a rule is configured for it, but it still doesn't tell me how to remove something from the List.

Thank you so much for your patience with us and what type of device are you using? Also, have you been able to follow this link https://comca.st/2VvVLis to see if it helps?

Pretty sure I posted this reply a few days ago. Not sure where it went. In any case, typing it out, again.
I see the pencil. When I click on it, I am presented with the following options:
Change the phone number
Number of rings
Answer Confirmation
Click on the "X" to exit this view
Click on the "Check Mark" to confirm any changes I made.
I cannot delete the number. Doing so results in, "Please enter a valdi number"
Clicking ont he "X" does not remove the entry. It simply closes the edit view; essentially, "Cancel".
I see no way to delte the entry. You ought to be able to relate that information, here. I'm sure there are others who would like to see how to accomplish this.
