Polycom SoundPoint IP 335 - SIP Credentials
Good afternoon,
I have a Polycom SoundPoint IP 335 that has lost its configuration. When I go to make a call from this phone, it says "sip: " as if it's waiting for me to enter a SIP address and I'm unable to make or receive calls. I have rebooted the phone and powered it back on and it did not automatically obtain its configuration again.
Could you please provide me with the following information so that I may proceed with the installation (as well as any other information that I may need)? All of our other devices are working as intended.
Provisioning Server
- Server Type (FTP/HTTP/etc.)
- Server Address
- Server User
- Server Password
SIP Server
- Server address & port
SIP Outbound Proxy (if necessary)
- Address & Port
SIP Line Identification
- Address
- Authentication User ID
- Authentication Password
Could you also please advise what the administrative password is for our phones once they are provisioned? The default of '456' does not work and it does not appear to be something that we have configured on our end.
