Polycom CCX 410 extension not showing and cannot call out
First the date went ahead an hour. Then when I rebooted my phone, my extension went away. When I call out, I get a fast busy. When I call in, it goes right to voicemail.

To send a "Peer to peer" / "Private chat message" message to "Comcast Business":
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
• or https://comca.st/3S47TDU
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it"

I'm not sure if this means anything, but "VVX 410" is showing in place of my extension.
