Outgoing caller ID shows AA
When we call out, instead of displaying our company name, it shows AA. We've called twice to have this resolved, the last time 2 months ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. Help!

The steps to change your Caller ID for your Comcast Business VoiceEdge service is as follows:
Individual users can manage their Caller ID though My Account.
Sign in and select Manage Settings from the dashboard.
