Needs to switch to phones. How?
The phone on my desk (we will call it A) has a glitch where it has too much static. I cannot get the boss to change it. We have a phone at another desk which works fine (we will call it B) but that person is no longer at the company and the desk is empty.
I want to switch the physical units. So I will have B and they will have A phones. But then I need all the data, extension numbers, etc, to be swapped between A and B so my calls come to me and not the wrong phone.
How do I accomplish this? It's VVX250 PolyCom if that matters.
