Inviting users to the app causes voicemail forwarding settings to turn off
We've noticed that whenever we invite a user to install and use the mobile app, once they log into the app for the first time, it automatically turns off their voicemail to email forwarding (without any notification to either the admin or the user). I have had to manually go back into each app user's account to redo all the voicemail to email forwarding. Is this a known bug? Even when the user goes into their app and turns on forwarding themselves, it doesn't seem to save their settings and I still have to go into the admin portal and fix it on my end.

Thank you for reaching out to our team about that issue with the app and voicemail settings. I have not seen any information about a known issue with the app. I will be happy to look further into that from our side. In order for me to do that I will have to ask you to send me a direct message with the full name and complete address on the account. To send a direct message. • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Comcast Business Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
