I lowered my number of lines for my company and my invoice was correct for 2 months then went back up.

Over the last few months I have called and talked to many people and have yet to get any help.  Now when I call they say my account number doesn't exist and my phone number is not tied to any account.  

I have now cancelled the account.  There is no invoice listed since May but a payment was pulled from my bank account in July.

I need bills fixed for March, April and May and last payment returned.

Any help would be appreciated.  We are still customers with internet.  Where is the chat bubble?
