user_712667 - Hello! Thank you for joining us here on the Comcast Business Forums for assistance with setting up your voicemail. You've come to the right place.

With Comcast Business Voice, you can access your voicemail by phone or online from virtually anywhere, helping you stay connected whether you're in the office or on the go. For security purposes, voicemail must be activated from your office phone before it can be accessed remotely. During setup, you'll be required to change the default password and will have the option to record a personalized greeting for your callers.

Please note that each phone line has its own voicemail box and must be set up individually.

Activating Your Voicemail

Voicemail activation must be completed from your office location using your desk phone.

  1. Dial *99 from your desk phone.
  2. Enter the default password, which is the last four digits of your telephone number.
  3. Follow the recorded prompts to:
    • Create a new password
    • Record your name
    • Set up a personalized business greeting

If dialing *99 does not work, connect your office phone directly to the Comcast Business Voice modem and try again. If you're still unable to activate voicemail, please contact Comcast Business Support.
