How do I forward a voicemail to another extension using the phone?

Voicemail left on wrong extension, need to forward the message to another extension using the phone (volunteer at desk does not have access the the online account features).

Please try these steps:

From the Main Menu, press 1 to listen to voicemail messages.
Press 0 for more options.
Press 6 to send a message to someone else.
Enter a list number, and then press # to forward the message to that Group Distribution List.
