Holiday schedule

My Holiday schedule is not working properly.  I have everyhting all set up but when you call on the actual holiday it rings 6x before going into the auto-attendent - any thoughts?

I just spoke with a rep that worked with you on this, have all issues with setting up your Holiday schedule been fixed?
