Thank you for reaching out through our Comcast Business support page @user_0c3b9d. Our team would be happy to help with your voicemail. This certainly sounds like a frustrating experience. To start, have you ever had the voicemail working or did you just set this up? Have you had a chance to read through our support document https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/voice/phone-business-class-voice-mail-overview/#configure-voicemail-features-options-online

I am sure working together we will get to the bottom of this! I will be on standby.

@Comcast_Anna This has recently been set up and has never been working. For the support document it looks like those steps have been followed. I have set up the phone from the office and able to record greeting. I believe these steps have been followed.

Okay gotcha, I appreciate you double-checking the support document. Let's take a closer look together!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, business name, and full service address? To send us a direct message follow these steps -

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon:

or https://comca.st/3OSGmTC

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

- An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it"

I look forward to hearing from you.
