desktop app is not ringing

I use the VoiceEdge desktop app when I work from home and try and help answer calls that come to our main line. But my app stopped ringing with incoming calls. I am sometimes not notified at all that an incoming call is coming in. I have checked my settings and everything is set up correctly. I am also not able to answer the calls by pushing the side of my ear buds either. I use Soundcore Life P3 ear buds and if you touch the right side, it answers calls but it will not do it on this app for some reason.

Hello, @Severton! Thank you for taking the time to create a new post about your VoiceEdge concerns. We definitely want to help in any way we can! I appreciate you checking the settings and sharing those details with us. May I ask what troubleshooting you've tried so far, such as uninstalling/reinstalling the desktop app, clearing your desktop's cache and cookies, etc.?

@Comcast_Sara​ I reset all settings and it is ringing now. I am still not able to touch my ear buds to answer a call though.
