Thats not the same thing that I'm looking for. We never set up users under "My Account". I'm just talking about phone users in the voice edge portal. We have several ex-employees that nee removed.

It would have been nice to see how this is accomplished. I have a Primary Manager that is no longer associated with us. I need him removed but I don't see how it's done.
