Comcast Business App
I may just be stupid but I cannot figure out how to answer incoming calls using the app and I have tried setting up the be anywhere as described in the online help.

Hi, there, how are you? I hope your weekend went well and your Monday is off to a good start. No worries, we are always here to help. Are you currently using the Comcast Business app? If yes, from the app, select the three lines on the left, then go to "My Phone." From here you can manage all your calls including incoming calls.

The app only allows me to Move/transfer Calls, but not allows me to make calls
