Changing Auto Attendant remotely
Can someone share how to log into our account remotely and change our auto attendant to our inclement weather message in the event that we are unexpectedly closed that day?

Thank you for the link. This is partly helpful. I already have the inclement weather auto attendant set up. I need to know the steps to access it remotely to get it in place when we need it. So, what steps I need to take to make it active, then what steps I need to make to restore the regular auto attendants when we no longer need it. I would most likely be logging into my account remotely to make these changes. Do you have the steps written out to achieve this?

I want to make sure I understand, from the sounds of it, you're looking to get it set up? You can follow the link we provided and scroll down a bit and it will show you pictures as well as steps. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom you can also update a new greeting. Were there questions on any specific steps?

I'm glad to hear that this was resolved 🙂 Our phone agents are awesome and I'm glad that they were able help with setting up the Hunt Group, Advanced Settings and Schedules!

I called support and was able to get someone to walk me through setting up the Hunt Group rule and the Advanced Settings and edit Schedules. That was my missing link. I had all of the other items already set up and just needed this piece to know how to "turn it on". Thanks.
