Call Queue Not Working

Hello, we have purchased a Comcast Business VoiceEdge Call Queue system. We have two phones assigned to the call queue and whenever we test it, the call queue goes endlessly and never actually sends the calls to the numbers that are in the queue. They never get notified in any way. Is there a fix for this?

Thank you so much for reaching out and being a part of the Xfinity family, TrevorM. Sounds like something weird happened during set up. Have you already tried re-setting up the call queue system? Here https://business.comcast.com/support/article/voice/manage-call-queue-settings-for-business-voiceedge are the step-by-step instructions on how to set everything up.

Yes, I have redone all the settings and nothing seems to be working. I am going to try and call the BVE support people for help, it is still not working this morning.

@TrevorM  Got it, and sweet! I'm glad to read that everything else is working correctly. Indeed, that is the best route to ensure everything is set up correctly with the queue system if you followed the guide. I did find some free training videos for it on our VoiceEdge training overview here https://business.comcast.com/support/article/voice/business-voiceedge-training-overview. It's a nice resource to help get familiar with the features, hope it helps your team. Count on us here if you ever have trouble with your connection, or general service questions on your business account. We're available as a frontline for basic troubleshooting and can have a tech out asap if it's not resolved remotely.
