Busy Lamp Field Business VoiceEdge:

Reception Console users can view the status of people within a company who are on the phone. However, sometimes other users also want to see phone status. If other users – or “seats” -- want to see the call status of other individuals in the business, they could use the Busy Lamp Field (BLF) feature on their phone. The BLF feature is available on VVX500, VVX600, VVX410, VVX310 and Polycom670 phones, but is not available on the Polycom335.
