Business VoiceEdge Portal not working

Business Voice Edge Portal not working. Error message every time I need access, I cannot change my phone line structure.

Good morning user_c671e4, what is the specific error message you see when accessing the Business VoiceEdge portal?

The business voice edge portal does not display my business voice edge accounts only my internet accounts; when I click on the box manage my business voice it kicks me out and says something went wrong try again later.

Comcast reps don't know the difference between business voice edge and phone. They keep trying to blame the problem on the browser; surprise it is on edge as well as google. This has been going on since July.
