Business Voice Edge still not working
I have been unable to use the Business Voice edge function since last Wednesday. I called to find out if there was an issue with the app and was informed that the issue would be escalated and that I would hear of any updates within 2 to 3 business days. I have not received any updates, and the app is still not working. Please advise of any updates. Thank you.
