Business Voice Edge still not working

I have been unable to use the Business Voice edge function since last Wednesday. I called to find out if there was an issue with the app and was informed that the issue would be escalated and that I would hear of any updates within 2 to 3 business days. I have not received any updates, and the app is still not working. Please advise of any updates. Thank you.

We know the importance of having your Business Voice Edge service successfully working, so I am sorry to hear that you've been unable to use it. My team would be more than happy to further look into this for you. Please send us a Direct Message following the steps below;

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"  
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list 
  • - A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send it
