Business Voice Edge Portal is not working

I have always had two separate accounts for each of my offices; one is for internet and one for Business Voice Edge for each office.  The portal does not have my business voice edge it only states phone;  Therefore I can't roll phones to other offices and place holiday to after hours.  This was supposed to be corrected back in July and apparently has not.  This is a total disruption on our business

Having to deal with a persistent issue since July that disrupts your business is completely unacceptable, and I'm truly sorry you've had to go through this. You shouldn't have to worry about whether your phone system is working as it should, especially when you need to manage things like holiday hours. This kind of issue with accounts and portals often requires a deeper look than our social media team can provide. We have limited access to the tools needed to resolve complex business account and provisioning issues. Because of this, it's best to connect you directly with the team that handles the initial setup. Have you had a chance to speak with your business sales team about this? They're often in the best position to get your services properly linked in your portal.
