Amazon Polycom
I have a polycom model VVXD230 that was bought outside of Comcast, as I do not see a cordless version, and want to provision it to our account. I cannot seem to find where to add this type of phone to our business voice edge account

I am not sure if that is something we can do but I did find this article that might be helpful for you. https://business.comcast.com/support/article/voice/manage-be-anywhere-settings-for-business-voiceedge If that doesn't work then I would suggest giving the business support team a call directly as they have a larger scope of tools than we do here on social media.
