Activated a new Comcast Business Mobile number but the phone still shows SOS
Hi, I recently activated a new Comcast Business Mobile line with a new phone number, but my iPhone still shows SOS only and there is no ICCID under Cellular.
I tried:
Scanning the QR code from my Comcast Business account
Entering the SM-DP+ address manually
Restarting the phone multiple times
Each time I get an error saying “Unable to activate eSIM.”
It seems like the line shows as “activated” in the system, but my phone never gets service.

I had the exact same issue with a phone I purchased from Comcast/Xfinity, too. This was part of a new contract bundle that was set up in July -- and literally none of the details have been done correctly, nor have they gotten the phone to work. I have given up. I hope you were able to get a resolution.
