Access to VoiceEdge Applications - Permission Keeps Changing
I am running into a strange on going issue as it pertains to using the Business VoiceEdge Applications and user permissions. For the second time now, I have had the permission toggle for my personal user account revoked. I am the only one at our company who logs into the system as I am the primary manager. I have a secure password through a password manager app and no one else has access to my account.
The first time this happened, I had to call into comcast and they informed me that there was no history in the back end showing that someone at Comcast made the change and he could not explain how or why this was happening. Today, I was trying to end a call on my desktop app and after ending the call on the screen, it appeared visually that the call had ended, however, I was still connected and the call was still active. I had to log out of the app completely to end the call.
When I tried to log back into the account, I got a message that stated "User does not have permission granted". I had to login via a browser and turn the permission for myself back on. This makes NO sense.
