(800) 391-3000 for customer service doesn't work if the same number is on Xfinity home account
Called the number and could not reach Comcast Business on 3 attempts without an Xfinity rep sending me over. Thought you'd like to know this is quite frustrating. The computer put me in an endless loop. On the third attempt, the Xfinity home agent asked if I wanted to cancel my internet at home when I wanted Comcast Business; she was nice enough to start my journey into the correct place for Comcast Business support.
