We need a spam filter
Comcast, we need a spam filter. I have been manually entering phone numbers into a do not call list, but there's no way to keep up. Comcast personal phone has the "nomorobo" app that you can apply, but business phone, which supposedly has more professional features, has no way to apply a spam filter.
In my small business we'll get at least six calls a day, usually more. I'll usually start my day with 3-6 spam calls, which is incredibly distracting. Today it's 10AM and I've already had three.
Comcast, we need you to do somehthing here. This is a business phone. The spam is over the top.

In the last 5 minutes I've had two more. But I try and add them to my do not call list and I get this error. Seriously Comcast, you need to do much better.

The website is now working again. What I would appreciate help with is a spam filter. it's a very distracting issue.

I opened this thread in June. Comcast Phil gave a useless answer and then locked the thread. Why not leave a thread like this open so others can comment?

Sorry Comcast, that was not a helpful answer. You have nomorerobo on your personal phone service, but not on business. You have no way to filter spam, and selectively blocking spammers is not an option. They change numbers too quickly.
We need a solution, and currently Comcast does not have one.

Three years later and there is STILL NO OPTION FOR SPAM BLOCKER ON LAND LINES!!!
Even "Verified" numbers are coming in as Spam. NoMoRobo is not an option to be used for land lines. C'mon Comcast.. DO BETTER!!!
We should not need to change our land lines over to VOIP just for this option. Figure it out!! Make it work and hurry!! It's ridiculous!
