We have the Business Trunk Voice Service (PRI) and we can't make international calls
We have the Business Trunk Voice Service (PRI) and we can't make international calls. I just called into tech support (twice) and told them this and they are saying we can't make international calls on our PRI trunk? They are saying that it's not possible, which does not sound right. Can someone provide some guidance?

Hello, @user_ce093b. I was able to find this helpful link at our Comcast Business website that shows the features that are offered with a PRI Trunk, https://comca.st/3fupsff. The table shows international calling at the bottom and a blue details button to see more. That is a feature that is offered. I am not quite sure about your setup but this link may also be useful to you, https://comca.st/3bWtydK. This shows how to access and manage international long-distance settings from the Business VoiceEdge Manager. Please let me know if this helps or if you have further questions.

Unfortunately, I don't have Business VoiceEdge under Services. It just says PRI Trunk and there are no options for international calling. Any other ideas? Is there a support person who know what they are doing with PRIs?
