Voicemail is no longer picking up the calls it just goes to dead air.

     Voice mail is no longer picking up missed calls it just goes to dead air.  I have played with all of the new dashboard settings and have rerecorded the out going message with no luck.   Even if i unplug the phone same deal just sends the call to dead air . If i power down the modem it will foward the calls to my cell phone even if the fowarding feature is off.

Need a solution....
