Voicemail Indicator

Each time I get a voicemail and I clear it, the indicator dial tone still tells me I have a message. I shouldn't have to write in each time I need the indicator tone cleared. I don't have a voicemail right now and it's still beeping as if I do. This is incredibly irksome.

Sorry for the delayed response,

Are you still experiencing issues with your waiting indicator? I have refreshed the voicemail profile on record and would ask that your power cycle your phone so it can update with the network. Please let me know if this works for you.

I switched from AT&T Unified Voicemail to Comcast Voicemail, and I am really disappointed. (1) I have the box checked "Keep Me Signed In" yet Comcast always signs me out. I have to enter username and password multiple times each day. (2) With AT&T I could opt to receive an audible signal of vibration when someone left a voicemail for me. Even when I talked to a Concast rep about two months ago he could not believe that there was not a choice for the selection of an audible signal. But alas there is none. He apologized stating that the Voicemail App is new and it doesn't have many features (like other carriers). Very disappointing when people may have left a message for me ---- sometimes in an emergency situation --- and I don't know they called the office.
