Subject: Urgent Billing Correction: Remove Phone Charges – Account Still Being Billed After Cancellation
Dear Comcast Business Support, I'm writing to formally request an immediate correction to our most recent bill. We cancelled our phone service with Comcast Business last month, and one of our lines (206-???) was successfully ported to Nextiva. However, I just reviewed our current statement and noticed that we are still being billed for a second phone line (206-???-), which we have rarely used in the 13 years we've had it. Specifically, the following charges need to be removed from our bill immediately: Phone charge: $69.90 Equipment fee (Voice): $24.95 Mobility Voice Line Business fee: $44.95 These phone services were cancelled last month. We are continuing with Comcast Business internet only and do not authorize or use any Comcast phone service at this time. I cannot pay for the current phone-related charges, and I expect them to be removed from the current bill and that no future phone charges appear on our account. Please confirm this correction as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
